Materials: Correct rubber compounding, includig NR, SR, NBR, EPDM, IIR IR, Silicon dioxide/Silia gel, etc.Setting right durometer (shore A) according to the finished products. Seeing clearly the shrinking ratio of rubber when compounding and molding at beginning. Anti-ozone treatment. Exterior grade. UV stabilized,acrylic pressure adhesive (PSA) with liner. RoHS or SGS certificate available.
Environment: With certain temperature and humidity, shaping vulcanized rubber.
Metal parts: Making metal parts with own molds in the workshop. With high quality phosphating liquid & adhesive and skilled treatment, gluing the metal parts firmly to the rubber. Reaching requirement like blackening, insulating.
Treatment: Spray paint. Removing the burr, leaving final products with smoothful surface.
Molds: A large range available after collecting years. An independent workshop to make/repair molds with special equipments & experienced technical workers.
Testing & QC: Anti-aging,Tensile strength. Zero tolerance for Crazing,getting tack,hardening,yielding,pulverizing,discoloration,having mildew.
Production management: ISO9001:2000
