Product Description Cool Black Mini Rubber V Ring For Seal
V-RING is a full Rubber Seal for rotary shafts. The V-Ring is normally stretched and mounted directly on the shaft, where it is positioned by the inherent tension of the rubber body. It rotates with the shaft and seals axially against a stationary counterface, at right angles to the shaft,the material can be NBR and FKM,the model is VA,VS,VL and VE. A gasket is a Mechanical Seal which fills the space between two or more mating surfaces, generally to prevent leakage from or into the joined objects while under compression.Gaskets allow "less-than-perfect" mating surfaces on machine parts where they can fill irregularities. It is usually desirable that the gasket be made from a material that is to some degree yielding to deform and tightly fills the space it is designed for, including any slight irregularities.
