1. Are you factory or trade company?
We are manufaturing factory, established in Dalian City of 2006, we own ourselves molding making factory, we could provide one-stop service from drawing design to molding making, raw material mixing, to vulcanization, own state-of-art equipment of production and testing.
 
2. If you produce this product?
Our product include Rubber gasket with various shapes for different applications, rubber grommet, rubber O ring, rubber damper, rubber pad, rubber button cover, rubber block for anti-vibration and shock absorbers. Except for standard rubber O Ring, we could customized produce the product according to your drawings.
 
3. How can I get your quotation for my product?
More details information about you required product, more accurate the price is, such drawings of CAD, PDF, STP, IGS etc, the quantity. Because we could design the the best manufacturing planning, how many cavaties should be designed, which will affect the price directly, while if the information is not enough to quote, we cannot give you approximately quotation, because the price is not useful  and  not responsible for you. So we are welcome to your details information of the product, at the same time, we'll give you professional manufacturing planning and most competitive price.
 
4. Why are your price is higher than other supliers?
Many factors could affect the price of the product, such as different raw material bands and purchasing channel, manufacturing techniques and quality control, so the cost of the product is must be different. 5. Do your product have in stock?
Our standard rubber product such as rubber o ring with the standard of JIS, GB, DIN, AS, some of the product would be in stock during a period short time. While for most of customized rubber product, we have to manufacture the product according to their requirement, that will not be used for other suppliers, because the mold is payed by them, other suppliers could not be used, this is reduce the mold working life, we cannot do that.
 
6. How many of your MOQ?
Accturally, we did not have the MOQ for the product, but we think our clients must have the requirement for his purchasing product, while we could provide a reasonable MOQ according to size, cost, processing technique and other factors.
 
7. How long for samples and mass production?
Mold opening time depend on the size and difficulties of the molding, various from 3days to 7days, mass product time is according to product quantity, generally, it not more than 30 days.
