Black Seal 2014 New X Rings Made In China 1,Compound from world class suppliers, NBR and Viton(FKM) available, hardness from 40 to 80 Shore A; 2, pressed by mould vulcanization, AS size bigger than ID2.57mm and C/S 1.78 available; 3, in house tool making and free tooling charge for standard rubber ring; 4,RoHs/Reach,TS16949 certificate, 5, strict material traceability in ERP and barcode system. 6,Mini MOQ acceptable X Rings,also known as Quad Rings,can be used in a wide variety of static and dynamic sealing applications.The four lobed design provides twice the sealing surface in comparison to a standard O ring.The double seal action requires fewer squeezes to maintain an effective seal.X Rings are designed to outperform a standard O Ring in rotary seal applications.The four lobed configuration creates a more stable seal avoiding spiral twisting.
